About the course

The Kanoa Quality Virtual Training (May 28, 2026) is an invite-only, instructor-led program designed for Ignition integrators and Kanoa partners responsible for implementing MES solutions. Delivered via livestream on the Thinkific platform, this one-day course focuses on how to design, configure, and deploy Kanoa Quality in real-world environments—not just how individual features function. Throughout the session, participants will build a simulated quality management application based on practical manufacturing use cases. The training is structured around implementation workflows, demonstrating how core components of Kanoa Quality—such as inspection definitions, data capture, nonconformance tracking, and quality workflows—integrate into a cohesive MES deployment. Attendees will work directly in a Kanoa-provided Ignition environment, following guided instruction and completing hands-on exercises. By the end of the training, participants will be prepared to begin implementing Kanoa Quality in their own projects and can pursue certification, with a free exam attempt included along with access to a cohort-based community for ongoing support.

Prerequisites

This course is intended for technical users already familiar with Kanoa Ops, Ignition (including Perspective), SQL and database fundamentals, and general manufacturing concepts.
